The officials at Arsenal fear that Robin Van Persie could be set for an exit from the North London club after their failure to sign anybody but Podolski in the transfer window so far.
Van Persie is yet to sign a contract extension as he enters the final year of his existing contract at Arsenal. Last season’s top scorer of the Premier league is desperate to win trophies and has asked Arsene Wenger to make some quality signings this summer and transform the Gunners into a potential title winning side. According to the new contract, the Dutch ace is being offered £130k a week, a significant rise in wages, and a £5m sign on fee, but with the club’s inability to make top quality signings, it is highly unlikely that the front-man will agree to this deal according to football specialists from around the club.
Officials at the Emirates are determined not to be held to ransom by the prolific striker and may choose to hang on to him rather than sell him this summer. Gael Clichy and Samir Nasri both sealed a switch to Manchester City with a year remaining in their contracts and despite interest from Mancini, senior Van Persie has ruled out a move to the Eastlands.
“What the hell would Robin do at Barcelona? They already have Messi and it does not make sense to go” said Van Persie’s father.
“And it is impossible to go to another English team.”
Arsene Wenger will be devastated to lose out on yet another star player but has already started looking for suitable replacements. Juventus are interested in the 27 year old and are even willing to offer a sum in excess of £25m to land the star at Turin. Will Arsenal lose out on yet another star or Wenger will pull off a final trick to persuade him to stay on?

Van Persie should stay at arsenal

What a silly article.
1) Money men around Arsenal are feaful of his departure, footballing ones are not;
2) People keep on talking about Juventus, why? It is generally accepted that if RvP leaves it will be for a desire to gain silverware – with all the scandals in Italy, it must be questionable as to whether Serie A is even in place at the start of next season.
RvP has always been clear that ultimately the desires of his family are his driving factor. At the moment there seems little ambiguity.

it is advisable for RVP to stay with ARSENAL than going to serie A. if he do so by leaving Emirate to Turins, them He should consider himself as a liability to the club and to his family, bcos am sure he wil get his life injury
