Diaby picks up a injury against Finland

Arsenal were dealt a heavy blow when French midfielder Abou Diaby picked up an injury during his match winning performance for his country against Finland in a World Cup qualifier.

Diaby, 26, has been in stellar form for the Gunners’ in the early part of the season and his injury could come a rude shock to boss Arsene Wenger. The tall and lanky midfielder has been a different player ever since his comeback from injury and Wenger had shown a lot of faith on the player.

Les Bleus boss Didier Deschamps revealed that the midfielder has a muscular concern and also missed their qualifying fixture against Belarus on Tuesday. ‘Diaby took a bad shot and he has muscular discomfort. He is not free in his movements,’ he said.

Wenger had been optimistic about his long term absentees coming back to full fitness very soon and with Wilshere still out, Diaby’s injury could be a major setback for the Gunners’ Premier League charge. However, it is yet to be ascertained the severity of the injury.

There was some good news however for Arsenal as new recruit Olivier Giroud was declared fit.

It’s a minor injury as has been reported everywhere. So when you use the terms, “Heavy blow,” Rude shock” and “Major setback” it shows what an attention seeking fucking prick you are.

I am surprised you are just reporting this as if it happened yesterday. This has been in the news for a while and even Wenger has confirmed that it is minor. I wonder where you got all those extreme descriptions from. Try and keep abreast please.
